Wedding Coordination and Design
Congratulations on your engagement! We specialize in full service wedding coordination and design. Prior to booking an event with us, you will meet with us at a local coffee shop, we will buy you a coffee and talk about what your dream event will look like. Our services include four tiers of wedding packages:
*** All below plans will include this portion of planning and coordination: Tinsel 'n Twine will become the primary point of contact for your vendors and will confirm all details and timeline with them. We will be on-site at your venue for a final walkthrough, one week before your wedding day. We will develop a wedding timeline and communicate it to vendors, and wedding party. We will be present at your rehearsal to organize and rehearse your processional line up, and provide wedding party with a wedding day timeline. On the day of your wedding, we will confirm instructions with DJ/musician, and officiant on timing. We will distribute the bouquets and boutonnieres, and cue the wedding party at the processional line up. Before the bride starts down the aisle, we will fluff the brides dress to ensure bride will be picture perfect. We will have an emergency bridal kit onsite in case of any little necessities that might come up.
A LA CARTE SERVICES:
- Tier One: - Sweetheart and cake table design. For the bride and groom on a tight budget, this package includes our design and decorating for your sweetheart/head table, and same style/color coordinated cake table, to include cake plate and cake cutter. We will design these specialty tables using your color palette and style, whether it be a rustic barn wedding or elegant wedding at a country club, these tables will highlight the bride and groom on your very special day! Example shown below. Tinsel 'n Twine will decorate these tables on the day of your wedding, and remove decor at the end of the day. $350.

- Tier Two - Month of wedding coordination. For the bride and groom who have planned their wedding, but need someone to oversee the final details. Four weeks before the wedding day, we will meet with you to discuss your wedding details and begin a plan for your day of coordination. Tinsel 'n Twine will also decorate your sweetheart table and cake table as described in our Tier One, or place your wedding decorations on your tables, if preferred. Includes two meetings to discuss details. $1,000.
- Tier Three - Partial wedding coordination and design. This plan is perfect for the bride and groom who are enjoying the planning process and have chosen and booked some or most of their vendors, but would like to have a coordinator oversee the details. This plan will include meeting with you to determine your design style and to begin the creative process toward a custom design that will uniquely reflect you. We will design and decorate your venue, which will include your sweetheart/head table, specialty tables, backdrops and guest table centerpieces, other design elements and props, etc. We will assist you with planning your guest seating chart, provide a wedding planning checklist, and timeline. We will work with you to beautifully execute your vision! Includes 3 meetings. $3,000+, depending on wedding design and decor.
- Tier Four - Full service wedding coordination and design. From start to finish for the bride and groom who want to take the stress out of the decision making process, and create the look and feel of the wedding of your dreams. The sky is the limit! We will assemble a team of talented five-star wedding vendors in the area, schedule appointments and attend all meetings with you. We will create a one-of-a-kind beautiful design, which reflects your style and personality, provide you with an inspiration board that highlights details such as decor, linens, lighting, color palette, florals and more. When you arrive at the venue, everything will be as you dreamed of and you and your guests will be wowed by the gorgeous details that reflect you as a couple! Includes unlimited consultations and up to date planning and design updates, decorating for wedding, bridal shower, and rehearsal dinner. Includes 3+ meetings and unlimited phone contact. $5,000+, depending on wedding design and decor.

- We can also plan, design and decorate your wedding shower, rehearsal dinner, and other parties with the same colors and design style as your wedding.
